Working America is a powerful force for working people. We combine the strength of millions of union men and women and millions of workers without the benefit of a workplace union who share common challenges and goals to fight in communities, states and nationally for what really matters--good jobs, affordable health care, world-class education, secure retirements, a just economy and more.

We work against wrong-headed priorities favoring the rich and corporate special interests over America's well-being.

Why should I join?

In addition to great member-only discounts and services, Working America provides the tools, research, information and assistance that will help you make a difference for working families. We unite workers on commonsense economic justice issues and we win. We show that with strength in numbers, we can change the course of our country.
